Supplement pouch printing for Poltesco, Cornwall
Digitally printed stand-up pouches for supplement brands in Poltesco and across Cornwall, in short runs with your label design printed straight onto the pack.
Printed pouches for Poltesco brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes are all available, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Not ready for a printed run? Begin with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.

Common questions in Poltesco
Do you send samples?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Poltesco, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
Do you only work with Poltesco businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Poltesco orders go out by tracked courier to TR12.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Poltesco?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Poltesco is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Are the pouches recyclable?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.

Rules in England
Labelling law for supplements from Poltesco
Supplements sold from Poltesco must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, overseen by the Food Standards Agency. In Cornwall, food labelling is enforced by the local authority’s trading standards or environmental health officers for Cornwall.
One label works across England, Scotland and Wales, because the supplement rules match across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, and then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
