FAQs for Pontlottyn
What’s the lead time for pouches to Pontlottyn?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Pontlottyn is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Who checks supplement labels in Caerphilly?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Caerphilly, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency in Wales. If you want assured advice, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
How many pouches do I need to order?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, label stock pouches instead.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Pontlottyn?
Pontlottyn is in Wales, so the Food Supplements (Wales) Regulations 2003 apply, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
