Port Navas questions
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Port Navas?
Port Navas is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do I need to be based in Port Navas to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Port Navas orders go out by tracked delivery to TR11.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Port Navas, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Port Navas?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Port Navas is usually the next working day after dispatch.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Printed pouches for Port Navas brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes are all available, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Not ready for a printed run? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.
