Questions from Pye Corner brands
What’s the lead time for pouches to Pye Corner?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Pye Corner is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Who checks supplement labels in Newport?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Newport, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency in Wales. If you want assured advice, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Are the pouches recyclable?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Pye Corner?
Pye Corner is in Wales, so the Food Supplements (Wales) Regulations 2003 cover your label, together with the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Printed pouches for Pye Corner brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Not ready for a printed run? Start with labels on stock pouches and switch later.
