FAQs for Roby Mill
Do you send samples?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Roby Mill, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Who checks supplement labels in Lancashire?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Lancashire, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Roby Mill?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Roby Mill is usually the next working day after dispatch.
How many pouches do I need to order?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, use labels on stock pouches.
