Common questions in Romsley
Who checks supplement labels in Dudley?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Dudley, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Romsley, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
Do I need to be based in Romsley to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Romsley deliveries go out by tracked delivery to B62.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Are the pouches recyclable?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
Printed pouches for Romsley brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Not ready for a printed run? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.
