FAQs for Roxton
Do I need to be based in Roxton to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Roxton deliveries go by tracked courier to MK44.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Roxton?
Roxton is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, together with the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Are the pouches recyclable?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Roxton address, showing our materials and finishes.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Printed pouches for Roxton brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Not ready for a printed run? Begin with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches can all be added, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes.
