Custom supplement pouches for Ruswarp brands
Custom printed pouches for Ruswarp supplement businesses that have outgrown labelled stock pouches.
Printed pouches for Ruswarp brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Not ready for a printed run? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.

FAQs for Ruswarp
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
Yes: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Ruswarp, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Ruswarp?
Ruswarp is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Are the pouches recyclable?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.

Label rules that apply in Ruswarp
Any food supplement sold from Ruswarp must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of the Food Standards Agency. In North Yorkshire, food labelling is enforced by the council’s trading standards or environmental health team.
The same label can be sold in Scotland and Wales, since the supplement rules are the same across Great Britain.
Begin with our label requirements checklist, then review your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
