Common questions in Sandhurst
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Are the pouches recyclable?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Sandhurst?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Sandhurst is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Sandhurst?
Sandhurst is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, together with the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Sandhurst, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
