Questions from Sandy Cross brands
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Sandy Cross address, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
Yes: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Sandy Cross?
Sandy Cross is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.

You can sell the same label in Scotland and Wales, since the supplement rules are the same across Great Britain.
