Printed pouches for Stalmine brands

Rules in England
Labelling law for supplements from Stalmine
Supplements sold from Stalmine must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of the Food Standards Agency. Locally, food labelling is enforced by the local authority’s trading standards or environmental health officers.
The same label can be sold in Scotland and Wales, since the supplement rules are the same across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, then review your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.

FAQs for Stalmine
Do I need to be based in Stalmine to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Stalmine orders go out by tracked courier to FY6.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Stalmine address, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
Who checks supplement labels in Lancashire?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Lancashire, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Are the pouches recyclable?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
