Printed pouches for Staplehurst brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Not ready for a printed run? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches are all available, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes.

Staplehurst questions
Do I need to be based in Staplehurst to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Staplehurst orders go out by tracked courier to TN12.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Staplehurst?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Staplehurst is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
You can choose: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Staplehurst address, showing our materials and finishes.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
