Rules in England
Labelling law for supplements from Sternfield
Supplements sold from Sternfield must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, overseen by the Food Standards Agency. In Suffolk, food labelling is enforced by the local authority’s trading standards or environmental health officers.
The same label can be sold in Scotland and Wales, since the supplement rules are the same across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.

Printed pouches for Sternfield brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels.
