Questions from Stick Hill brands
How many pouches do I need to order?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, label stock pouches instead.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Stick Hill?
Stick Hill is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Stick Hill address, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
Who checks supplement labels in Kent?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Kent, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Stick Hill?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Stick Hill is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Printed pouches for Stick Hill brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Not ready for a printed run? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes are all available, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes.
