Stourbridge questions
What’s the lead time for pouches to Stourbridge?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Stourbridge is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Stourbridge address, showing our materials and finishes.
Who enforces food labelling in Dudley?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Dudley, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do I need to be based in Stourbridge to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Stourbridge orders go by tracked delivery to DY8.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Printed pouches for Stourbridge brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Not ready for a printed run? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes are all available, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
