Questions from Sydling St Nicholas brands
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Sydling St Nicholas, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Do I need to be based in Sydling St Nicholas to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Sydling St Nicholas orders go out by tracked courier to DT2.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, label stock pouches instead.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Sydling St Nicholas?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Sydling St Nicholas is usually the next working day after dispatch.
