Tobermory questions
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Tobermory, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Tobermory?
Tobermory is in Scotland, so the Food Supplements (Scotland) Regulations 2003 cover your label, together with the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
You can choose: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
