Printed supplement pouches in Tonna
Digitally printed stand-up pouches for supplement brands in Tonna and across Neath Port Talbot, in short runs with your label design printed straight onto the pack.
Printed pouches for Tonna brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches are all available, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Still testing a product? Begin with labels on stock pouches and switch later.

Tonna questions
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Tonna address, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
Do you only work with Tonna businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Tonna orders go by tracked courier to SA11.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, label stock pouches instead.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Tonna?
Tonna is in Wales, so the Food Supplements (Wales) Regulations 2003 cover your label, together with the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
Rules in Wales
Supplement labelling rules for Tonna
Supplements sold from Tonna must meet the Food Supplements (Wales) Regulations 2003, regulated nationally by the Food Standards Agency in Wales. At a local level, food labelling is enforced by council trading standards or environmental health staff.
Welsh-language text is optional on supplement labels. If you add it, both languages must be accurate and the mandatory text must still meet the 1.2 mm minimum x-height.
Start with our label requirements checklist, and then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
