Trebullett questions
Do I need to be based in Trebullett to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Trebullett orders go out by tracked delivery to PL15.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Trebullett address, showing our materials and finishes.
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
Who enforces food labelling in Cornwall?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Cornwall, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
