Upper Town questions
Do you only work with Upper Town businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Upper Town deliveries go by tracked courier to SN15.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Upper Town address, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
Who checks supplement labels in Wiltshire?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Wiltshire, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Printed pouches for Upper Town brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Not ready for a printed run? Begin with labels on stock pouches and switch later. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes.
