FAQs for Whitefield
Who enforces food labelling in Bury?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Bury, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Whitefield, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Whitefield?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Whitefield is usually the next working day after dispatch.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, label stock pouches instead.
Printed pouches for Whitefield brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes are all available, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish. Not ready for a printed run? Begin with labels on stock pouches and switch later.
