Common questions in Kirkburton
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Kirkburton address, showing our materials and finishes.
Do you only work with Kirkburton businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Kirkburton orders go by tracked courier to HD8.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Kirkburton?
Kirkburton is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Can you check a label that’s already printed?
We’ll still check them. If we find problems, we’ll tell you which are urgent and which can wait for your next print run.
What the check covers for Kirkburton brands
Send your artwork or draft copy. We review it against the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, the food information rules and the GB nutrition and health claims register, and send back a written report with every point marked as fine, advised or must fix. This is a practical check rather than legal advice. For assured advice, a Primary Authority partnership is the next step. The check covers any label, whoever designed or printed it, including ones from other printers.
