Questions from Barrowhill brands
Do I own the design files?
Yes. The final files are yours, set up for print with bleed and a dieline.
Do I need to visit a designer near Barrowhill?
No. We rarely meet clients in person: briefs, concepts and changes all happen by video call and email.
Can you design a whole range?
Yes. We build a system: colour coding by benefit, a shared back-panel layout and templates for future products.
Do you only work with Barrowhill businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Barrowhill deliveries go by tracked delivery to TN25.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
