Supplement label design in Newtown, Highland
Label and brand design for supplement businesses in Newtown and across Highland, with the legal panel designed in from the start.
How design works for Newtown businesses
We work online, so you don’t need a local agency. We start with a short video call or written brief, then send first concepts. Your label is built around the legal panel, so nothing has to be squeezed in later. Every design includes a compliance check and print-ready files with the correct dieline, whether you print with us or elsewhere. You can bring your own logo and colours or start from scratch, from a single label to a full range.
Newtown is about 31 miles south-west of Inverness, in Highland. Brands in Newtown send us their artwork online, and labels go out by tracked courier to PH35 and nearby postcodes. Newtown is one of 228 towns and villages in Highland we print and deliver for. The nearest big-city guide is Glasgow, about 88 miles away, if you’d like to compare.

Rules in Scotland
Labelling law for supplements from Newtown
Any food supplement sold from Newtown must meet the Food Supplements (Scotland) Regulations 2003, overseen by Food Standards Scotland. At a local level, food labelling is enforced by the local authority’s trading standards or environmental health officers.
Scotland has its own food regulator, but the supplement labelling rules match England and Wales, so one label works across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.

FAQs for Newtown
Can you design labels I’ll print somewhere else?
Yes. You get the final files, set up for print with bleed and a dieline.
Do I need to be based in Newtown to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Newtown orders go out by tracked courier to PH35.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Newtown address, showing our materials and finishes.
Do I need to meet a designer in Newtown?
No. Most clients never meet us in person: briefs, concepts and changes are handled by video call and email.
