Common questions in Peterstow
Do you only work with Peterstow businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Peterstow deliveries go out by tracked courier to HR9.
Do I need to visit a designer near Peterstow?
No. Most clients never meet us in person: briefs, concepts and changes all happen by video call and email.
Who checks supplement labels in Herefordshire?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Herefordshire, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Peterstow?
Peterstow is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, together with the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
How design works for Peterstow businesses
Send us your formula, pack size and any brand assets. We design the back panel to the rules first, then the front to sell, and send concepts for you to choose from. Every design includes a compliance check and print-ready files set up with bleed and a dieline. You can bring your own logo and colours, or we can create them from scratch, from a single label to a full range.

Label rules that apply in Peterstow
Any food supplement sold from Peterstow must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of the Food Standards Agency. In Herefordshire, food labelling is enforced by the council’s trading standards or environmental health team.
The same label can be sold in Scotland and Wales, since the supplement rules are the same across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, and then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
