Common questions in West Haddon
Who checks supplement labels in Northamptonshire?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Northamptonshire, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do I need to be based in West Haddon to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. West Haddon deliveries go out by tracked courier to NN6.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your West Haddon address, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from West Haddon?
West Haddon is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
How design works for West Haddon businesses
We work online, so you don’t need a local agency. We start with a short video call or written brief, then send first concepts. Your label is built around the legal panel, so nothing has to be squeezed in later. Each design comes with a compliance check and print-ready files with the correct dieline, whether you print with us or elsewhere. Bring your existing logo and colours, or we can create them from scratch, from a single label to a full range.
