Printed pouches for powders, gummies and capsules, delivered to Ailsworth with the artwork checked against the rules.
Printed pouches for Ailsworth brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish. Still testing a product? Start with labels on stock pouches and switch later.

Questions from Ailsworth brands
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
Yes: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
Do I need to be based in Ailsworth to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Ailsworth orders go by tracked delivery to PE5.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Are the pouches recyclable?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
Who checks supplement labels in Peterborough?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Peterborough, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
