Printed pouches for Aldworth brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches can all be added, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish. Still testing a product? Begin with labels on stock pouches and switch later.

Aldworth questions
Do you send samples?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Aldworth address, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Aldworth?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Aldworth is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Do I need to be based in Aldworth to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Aldworth orders go by tracked courier to RG8.
How many pouches do I need to order?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, label stock pouches instead.

You can sell the same label in Scotland and Wales, since the supplement rules are the same across Great Britain.
Start with our label requirements checklist, and then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
