Questions from Anderby Creek brands
Do I need to be based in Anderby Creek to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Anderby Creek orders go by tracked delivery to PE24.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Anderby Creek address, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Anderby Creek?
Anderby Creek is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
