Printed pouches for Argos Hill brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Not ready for a printed run? Begin with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes.

Label rules that apply in Argos Hill
Any food supplement sold from Argos Hill must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of the Food Standards Agency. At a local level, food labelling is enforced by council trading standards or environmental health staff.
One label works across England, Scotland and Wales, because the supplement rules match across Great Britain.
Start with our label requirements checklist, and then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.

Questions from Argos Hill brands
Do you send samples?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Argos Hill, showing our materials and finishes.
How many pouches do I need to order?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, label stock pouches instead.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Argos Hill?
Argos Hill is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Do I need to be based in Argos Hill to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Argos Hill orders go out by tracked delivery to TN6.
