Custom supplement pouches for Astrope brands
Digitally printed stand-up pouches for supplement businesses in Astrope and across Hertfordshire, in short runs with your label design printed straight onto the pack.
Printed pouches for Astrope brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Still testing a product? Start with labels on stock pouches and switch later. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes.

Astrope questions
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Astrope, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Astrope?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Astrope is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Do I need to be based in Astrope to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Astrope orders go out by tracked delivery to HP23.
Can pouches have a zip and window?
Yes: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
