Printed supplement pouches in Astwood Bank

Printed pouches for Astwood Bank brands

Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Still testing a product? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches are all available, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes.

Rules in England

Label rules that apply in Astwood Bank

Any food supplement sold from Astwood Bank must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, regulated nationally by the Food Standards Agency. Locally, food labelling is enforced by council trading standards or environmental health staff.

The same label can be sold in Scotland and Wales, as Great Britain shares one set of supplement rules.

A good first step is our label requirements checklist, then review your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
