Printed pouches for Astwood brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches are all available, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Not ready for a printed run? Begin with labels on stock pouches and switch later.

Astwood questions
Can pouches have a zip and window?
Yes: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Astwood, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Astwood?
Astwood is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, use labels on stock pouches.

Label rules that apply in Astwood
Any food supplement sold from Astwood must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of the Food Standards Agency. Locally, food labelling is enforced by the council’s trading standards or environmental health team.
You can sell the same label in Scotland and Wales, as Great Britain shares one set of supplement rules.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, and then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
