Common questions in Basford
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Basford, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Basford?
Basford is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, together with the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Basford?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Basford is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
