Custom supplement pouches for Beal brands
Custom printed pouches for Beal supplement businesses that have outgrown labelled stock pouches.
Printed pouches for Beal brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Still testing a product? Start with labels on stock pouches and switch later.

Beal questions
How many pouches do I need to order?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, use labels on stock pouches.
Can pouches have a zip and window?
Yes: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Who checks supplement labels in East Riding of Yorkshire?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for East Riding of Yorkshire, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
