Common questions in Bilbrook
Do you send samples?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Bilbrook address, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.

No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Bilbrook orders go out by tracked delivery to WV8.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Bilbrook?
Bilbrook is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, together with the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Who enforces food labelling in Staffordshire?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Staffordshire, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
