FAQs for Bolham
Who checks supplement labels in Nottinghamshire?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Nottinghamshire, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
You can choose: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Bolham?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Bolham is usually the next working day after dispatch.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, label stock pouches instead.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Bolham?
Bolham is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, together with the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.

When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels.
