Boothsdale questions
Do you only work with Boothsdale businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Boothsdale orders go by tracked courier to CW6.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Boothsdale, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
Who enforces food labelling in Cheshire West and Chester?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Cheshire West and Chester, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Can pouches have a zip and window?
You can choose: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Printed pouches for Boothsdale brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish. Not ready for a printed run? Start with labels on stock pouches and switch later.
