Custom supplement pouches for Bouts brands
Custom printed pouches for Bouts supplement businesses that have outgrown labelled stock pouches.
Printed pouches for Bouts brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Still testing a product? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches are all available, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.

Common questions in Bouts
How many pouches do I need to order?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, label stock pouches instead.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
Yes: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Bouts?
Bouts is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Bouts address, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
Are the pouches recyclable?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
