Questions from Bramshill brands
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Bramshill?
Bramshill is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Bramshill?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Bramshill is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Bramshill address, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
Do I need to be based in Bramshill to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Bramshill deliveries go out by tracked delivery to RG27.
