Questions from Brigsley brands
Do I need to be based in Brigsley to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Brigsley orders go by tracked courier to DN37.
How many pouches do I need to order?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, use labels on stock pouches.
Who enforces food labelling in North East Lincolnshire?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for North East Lincolnshire, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Brigsley address, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
