Brookstreet questions
Do I need to be based in Brookstreet to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Brookstreet deliveries go out by tracked delivery to CM6.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Brookstreet?
Brookstreet is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Brookstreet?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Brookstreet is usually the next working day after dispatch.
How many pouches do I need to order?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, use labels on stock pouches.
Printed pouches for Brookstreet brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Still testing a product? Begin with labels on stock pouches and switch later. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches are all available, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
