Questions from Buckland Common brands
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Buckland Common, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Buckland Common?
Buckland Common is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Buckland Common?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Buckland Common is usually the next working day after dispatch.
How many pouches do I need to order?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, label stock pouches instead.
Printed pouches for Buckland Common brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Still testing a product? Start with labels on stock pouches and switch later.
