Bulphan questions
Do I need to be based in Bulphan to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Bulphan deliveries go out by tracked delivery to RM14.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Bulphan, showing our materials and finishes.
Who checks supplement labels in Greater London?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Greater London, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, label stock pouches instead.
Printed pouches for Bulphan brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Still testing a product? Begin with labels on stock pouches and switch later. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches can all be added, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.

Rules in England
Supplement labelling rules for Bulphan
Products you sell from Bulphan must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of the Food Standards Agency. At a local level, food labelling is enforced by council trading standards or environmental health staff.
The same label can be sold in Scotland and Wales, as Great Britain shares one set of supplement rules.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, and then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
