Common questions in Burstock
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Burstock, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, label stock pouches instead.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Burstock?
Burstock is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, together with the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Burstock?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Burstock is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Printed pouches for Burstock brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes are all available, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish. Not ready for a printed run? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.
