Caerwys questions
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
How many pouches do I need to order?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, use labels on stock pouches.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Caerwys?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Caerwys is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Caerwys?
Caerwys is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Who enforces food labelling in Flintshire?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Flintshire, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Printed pouches for Caerwys brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Not ready for a printed run? Begin with labels on stock pouches and switch later.
