Printed pouches for Capelulo brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Not ready for a printed run? Begin with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes are all available, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.

Rules in Wales
Labelling law for supplements from Capelulo
Any food supplement sold from Capelulo must meet the Food Supplements (Wales) Regulations 2003, regulated nationally by the Food Standards Agency in Wales. At a local level, food labelling is enforced by council trading standards or environmental health staff.
Welsh-language text is optional on supplement labels. If you add it, both languages must be accurate and the mandatory text must still meet the 1.2 mm minimum x-height.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, and then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.

Common questions in Capelulo
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
Who checks supplement labels in Conwy?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Conwy, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency in Wales. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do you only work with Capelulo businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Capelulo deliveries go out by tracked courier to LL34.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
Yes: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
