Questions from Carlbury brands
How long do printed pouches take to reach Carlbury?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Carlbury is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Carlbury?
Carlbury is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Carlbury address, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
Who enforces food labelling in Darlington?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Darlington, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Printed pouches for Carlbury brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Not ready for a printed run? Begin with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.
