Carsie questions
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
Yes: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
Do I need to be based in Carsie to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Carsie deliveries go out by tracked delivery to PH10.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Carsie, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
How many pouches do I need to order?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, label stock pouches instead.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Carsie?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Carsie is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Printed pouches for Carsie brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes are all available, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish. Still testing a product? Begin with labels on stock pouches and switch later.

Rules in Scotland
Label rules that apply in Carsie
Any food supplement sold from Carsie must meet the Food Supplements (Scotland) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of Food Standards Scotland. Locally, food labelling is enforced by the council’s trading standards or environmental health team.
Scotland has its own food regulator, but the supplement labelling rules match England and Wales, so one label works across Great Britain.
Start with our label requirements checklist, then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
