Custom printed pouches for Chelwood Common supplement brands that have outgrown labelled stock pouches.
Questions from Chelwood Common brands
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, label stock pouches instead.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Chelwood Common, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
Are the pouches recyclable?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
Can pouches have a zip and window?
You can choose: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
Printed pouches for Chelwood Common brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches can all be added, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Still testing a product? Begin with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.
